Return Policy
Please note that the following policy strictly applies to all products purchased through our website only (https://www.ripngo.ca). If you have purchased our products via an online or in-store retailer, you must contact them regarding your order and respect their policies.

Returns
We offer a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty on all our products, in the event that they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds (unless pre-sales). In the unfortunate event that your method of payment has been compromised due to fraud activity, please contact us, and we will assist you further.
Pre-Sale Orders
All pre-sale orders have an estimated delivery date of April 30th, 2017. Our customers are automatically charged the full amount of their order at the time of their purchase. Our staff members will be happy to provide immediate updates on product availability. In the event the customer would like to cancel their order before it's shipped, a full refund will be provided (no fees apply).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the first 30 days after your initial purchase. We will exchange it for the same product, send us an email at info@ripngo.ca and send your item to: 2121 Valin Street Ottawa, Ontario, CA K4A 4T5. Applicable to items that are unused and unwashed.
Gifts
If the item is marked as a gift upon checkout, we will gladly exchange the product for another color. Note that this is only applicable for the first 30 days after purchase. Please contact us at info@ripngo.ca for details.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2121 Valin Street Ottawa, Ontario, CA K4A 4T5. We also accept physical exchanges at this location; please contact us prior to arrival to assure that we can accommodate this request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will re-ship the item to you free-of-charge through Canada Post. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Orders
An order will be deemed as “International” if it is being shipped outside of Canada or The United States of America (including US unincorporated organized territories).
These orders will automatically adopt a strict “Final Sale” policy (No Returns/Exchanges). In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please contact us and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.
